Richard and Carolyn Hyde
Heart of G-d Ministries is actively engaged in sharing the Good News in Israel, promoting Aliyah (the Biblical return of the Jewish people to Israel), and encouraging and equipping Christians to fulfill their Biblical calling toward the Jewish people.
Richard and Carolyn Hyde founded Beth Simcha Messianic Congregation in 1990 in San Antonio, TX. From 1990 – 2000, Richard served as the founding elder and Torah teacher and Carolyn led worship there.
In 2000, the L-rd called them to move to Germany to promote reconciliation between Jews and Germans. The L-rd opened the door for them to speak in churches and schools across the country, and to plant a congregation in Munich. They frequently return to Germany, and the L-rd has continued to produce much fruit through their trips. During one tour alone, 270 German children accepted Yeshua (Jesus) as their L-rd and Savior.
In 2003, the L-rd called them in a miraculous way to make Aliyah (to come home to Israel) from Germany. Since then, Richard and Carolyn have helped to plant two new Messianic congregations in Israel. Richard is currently an elder and Carolyn serves as worship leader at Kehilat Poriya in the Galilee.
Besides sharing the Good News and outreach in Israel and promoting Aliyah, Richard and Carolyn frequently travel to the U.S., Germany, and elsewhere to speak and minister in churches. Richard Hyde, founder and president of Heart of G-d Ministries, offers a message from the Scriptures on G-d’s heart for Israel, His plans and purposes for the Church and Israel, and what G-d is doing in Israel today. Carolyn Hyde ministers through worship music in English and Hebrew and shares testimonies of G-d’s work in Israel.
Carolyn, who has served as Worship Chair for the UMJC, Union of Messianic Jewish Congregations, has written and recorded many worship songs in English and Hebrew and has recorded four CDs. Click here to listen to sample clips from her CDs and learn more about her worship music.
Richard and Carolyn also welcome tour groups visiting Israel into their home for an opportunity to fellowship and worship with Jewish believers in Israel. At the Living Stones Experience they offer testimonies of the exciting work G-d is doing in Israel and share how Christians can participate in accomplishing G-d’s purposes in the land.
Heart of G-d Ministries also actively ministers to the needs of the poor, orphans, and widows – especially to those among the household of faith, the Jewish believers in Israel.
